It all starts with a need
How we approach and nurture that need is what makes user focused design so appealing and important.
The best approach that I have found is based on IDEO’s Human-Centered Design and Lean UX Design process. This 6-step process uses research and user interactions to support design decisions and integrations.
However, like a true road map, make sure that you get off the beaten path once in a while to see lays just over the next ridge.

There is no better way to get a gut check on your design than to test it with users.

We always want to get things right the first time, but we know that isn’t always possible.
06 Implementation
Share the design with the world, but know it has some growing to do.
